About the instructor

Orfally Has 20 years of diversified experience in local and multinational companies, Orfally has a niche professional and personal experience that he can reflect on and utilize for the benefit of people and organizations seeking growth and development.

Orfally is currently working as a Learning and Development Management Consultant in AB & Associates, where he manages learning journeys and creates change management plans. Orfally previously worked as a Performance Improvement Consultant, where he focused on analyzing business problems related to people management and culture, and he strategized to solve those challenges.

He also served as a Strategic Projects Manager and Coaches Manager at EGDE Consultants, Training Manager at CORE Training and Consulting, and Business Development Manager at White Horse Studios. Formerly, Orfally held the position of Territory Sales Manager at TOTAL, and was also responsible for the training of all TOTAL stations across Egypt. Also, Orfally contributed to the start-up ecosystem in Egypt through his consultings with TIEC in both the Ideation camps and Ideation marathons for more than 10 rounds.

Orfally coached and trained 15,000+ employees during his career including multinational companies and national conglomerates such as PEPSICO, General Motors, White Horse Studios, Bayti, Suez Steel, Bank Misr, National Bank of Egypt, P&G, Schneider, and many others.

Orfally is currently working on his masters in Digital transformation. He is a certified DISC workplace behavior assessor from Wiley; certified coach from the International Society of Neuro-semantics and certified Training Needs Assessment from the American Chamber.
