Multilateral cooperation between Egypt’s Ministry of Planning and Economic Development, represented by ROWAD 2030, and The GrEEK Campus initiates yet another step towards accelerating the economic progress of Egypt.
On Saturday, 25 June 2022, The GrEEK Campus and Egypt’s Ministry of Planning and Economic Development, represented by ROWAD 2030, cooperated in hosting STARTUP EXPO, gathering MSMEs, community organizations, investors and media representatives to celebrate World MSME Day at The GrEEK Campus Downtown.
The event witnessed the signing of a memorandum of understanding between The GrEEK Campus and Egypt’s Ministry of Planning and Economic Development, represented by ROWAD 2030, officiating a first-of-its-kind startup and small business clinic for young entrepreneurs alongside other initiatives supporting and strengthening MSMEs' economic participation.
Designed to foster the advancement of MSMEs in Egypt, the new ROWAD 2030 Business Clinic enables impactful connections between entrepreneurs and mentors with a wide range of business backgrounds. The clinic provides access to exclusive resources and no-cost one-to-one mentoring services aimed at helping startups navigate with expertise the complexities of the business world and grow their business. Consultancy services offered target seven key domains: legal, business development, marketing, general support, finance, leadership and HR, and technical development.
Furthermore, both organizations will work together on the promotion and organization of workshops and the dissemination of activities through publications, capacity building and mentoring programs and conferences related to the project's "One Million Entrepreneurs Campaign" and Rowad Meter Annual Report.
